We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused, and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to play a key role in shaping our operations from day one. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes - while leading your team to excel in Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Employee Development. What you’ll do…

• Enforce safety and quality standards, and lead by example in promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Foster teamwork and collaboration, and develop team goals and procedures.
• Manage dock operations, trailer routing, and freight scheduling. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Support and participate in lean initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
• Track KPIs, audit operations, and address deficiencies to ensure adherence to standards.

What you’ll need...

• Two (2) years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Previous plant production software experience
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
