Payroll Manager
Job Details:
A growing organization in the Lehigh Valley is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee all payroll operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Oversee payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Administer payroll systems .
- Reconcile payroll accounts, deductions, benefits, and tax filings
- Manage year-end processes including W-2s, 1099s, and audits
- Supervise and mentor payroll staff (if applicable)
- Partner with HR and Finance to improve payroll procedures and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Sage and ADP a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- CPP certification a plus
