WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Team Lead for the Commercial Loan Specialist Monetary Group. The Commercial Loan Specialist Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of individuals that support the Commercial division within the regulatory compliance guidelines and legal requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the post- closing and servicing of complex loans including Syndications and Capital Market transactions. These functions will include but are not limited to, ensuring all necessary due diligence is completed prior to processing monetary transactions, management of daily transaction reconciliations and working closely with business partners to ensure customer needs are met timely and accurately. The Commercial Loan Specialist Team Lead will need to perform research as needed and escalate issues in a timely manner, as well as manage their team deliverables including performance, processes, and timecard management among other responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience in commercial banking.
- Must have a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a Commercial Loan environment.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working with participations, syndications and Capital Market products including swaps.
- Must have a working knowledge of compliance and comprehension of legal documents as it pertains to commercial loans.
- Must have the proven ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with internal and external customers.
- Must have the ability to research and resolve problems quickly.
- Must be able to make decisions and recommendations on difficult and important issues affecting individual loan transactions within their level of authority.
- Strong Leadership and coaching skills; ability to motivate, develop and train Associates.
- Ability to provide analysis and recommendation for improvement and efficiencies.
Salary Range:
$62,918.00 - $103,365.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
