Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate must have deep L2 Application Support expertise across Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, RESA, RHIM, and Price Management, with strong proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, Databricks, and OIC to be considered for this role.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive job responsibilities include:

• Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows across Oracle Retail systems to ensure timely issue identification and resolution.

• Support Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, and Price Management modules by troubleshooting application incidents and providing root‑cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to address system defects, data inconsistencies, and processing failures.

• Execute L2 support activities, including handling user queries, performing environment checks, and managing escalation workflows.

• Utilize SQL, PLSQL, Databricks, and OIC to investigate data issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain system stability by proactively tracking recurring problems, recommending enhancements, and supporting production deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• 8–10+ years of L2 Application Support experience, specifically within Oracle Retail environments.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, Invoice Matching, Sales Audit, and Price Management.

• Proven ability to monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows while resolving issues using SQL, PLSQL, Databricks, and OIC.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $71.00 per hour
