Labor & Employment Associate - Philadelphia

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a partner-track associate to join the Labor Management Relations team within the Labor & Employment group in our Philadelphia office. We are seeking candidates who have 2 - 5 years of experience in traditional labor law, including, but not limited to, prior first or second chair experience in labor arbitrations, prosecuting and defending unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, collective bargaining, and union avoidance. Experience litigating wage and hour class and collective actions, particularly wage and hour class actions involving unionized employees, is a plus. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and ability to work cross-office are required. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $225,000– $290,000.

Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
