Hardscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets company quality standards
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for hardscape installation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
Qualifications
- Experience in hardscape installation or related construction work
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret project plans
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
