Good's Tree and Lawn Care provides professional tree care, lawn care, lawn treatment, and landscaping support across South Central PA. What You'll Do as a Lawn Care Technician:
- Operate & maintain company trucks, trailers, Z-spray, forklifts, and other lawn care equipment.
- Mix & apply fertilizers, herbicides, and lawn treatment products in accordance with company standards.
- Perform lawn care services at residential and commercial properties, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site, answer questions, and explain services.
- Maintain assigned accounts and identify opportunities to add services that support long-term relationships.
- Follow company safety procedures, policies, and industry best practices, and represent the company professionally.
- Travel to local properties, typically within 20 miles of the office.
Our Ideal Lawn Care Technician:
- Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome. Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, turf management, grounds maintenance, or pesticide application is helpful but not required.
- Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License preferred or ability to obtain quickly
- Leader: Sets the tone on job sites, takes ownership of service quality, and helps guide less experienced technicians when needed.
- Safety-conscious: Follows proper equipment operation and application procedures and makes safety a daily priority.
- Detail-oriented: Completes work accurately, documents services correctly, and takes responsibility for results.
- Dependable: Manages time well, works independently throughout the day, and shows up ready to perform.
- Basic Computer Skills: Operates a tablet and learns new software for scheduling and service documentation.
- Active: Lifts up to 50 lbs., loads and secures equipment, and works outdoors in varying weather conditions.
What we offer our Lawn Care Technician:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week with voluntary overtime
- $24-$29/hour, DOE plus commissions for new accounts

REQUIREMENTS
- lawn care experience is a plus.
- Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License preferred.
- Experience with customer accounts is a plus.
