Quality Inspector – Medical Device Manufacturing
2nd or 3rd Shift | Training on 1st or 2nd Shift | Clean, Climate‑Controlled Facility

What You’ll Do
- Inspect finished medical devices and tools using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, thread plug and ring go/no‑go gages).
- Perform visual inspections in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure all components meet strict quality requirements.
- Assist in developing inspection documentation and methods for new or revised products.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
What You Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write in English with proper grammar and punctuation.
- 1–2 years of quality inspection experience preferred — but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Working knowledge of math, geometry, and basic algebra.
- Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and exert up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment
You’ll work in a clean, well‑maintained machine shop with mild to moderate noise levels. Safety is a top priority — no loose clothing, fringes, or long hair allowed near equipment. Jeans are acceptable. You’ll be trained on the parts, specifications, and inspection methods used throughout the medical device industry.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of LANCASTER, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
