360 Recruiter - Life Sciences
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
We are currently seeking an accomplished 360 Recruiter with a strong background in life sciences recruitment to join our high-performing team. This position is best suited to individuals with a demonstrated ability to lead both business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery within regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs).
The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio across the life sciences industry, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical and scientific roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the U.S. life sciences market
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations
- Design and execute targeted sales strategies that align with evolving client needs and sector trends
- Present tailored recruitment solutions to hiring leaders across quality, regulatory, validation, engineering, and scientific functions
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable, long-term client partnerships
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and hiring challenges unique to GxP-compliant environments
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from role intake and sourcing to offer management and candidate onboarding
- Engage and maintain a robust network of qualified professionals across highly regulated disciplines
- Deliver a high-standard candidate experience while ensuring close collaboration with client stakeholders
- Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring support to clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–5 years of full-cycle (360) recruitment experience with a proven focus in the life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or CDMO operations, including regulatory and technical functions.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. recruitment compliance and employment legislation.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
