We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and experienced EOS Integrator. This role will manage the ongoing stewardship, and optimization of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The Integrator will work in close partnership with the senior leadership team to drive clarity, focus, and traction throughout the organization. We are open to either a part-time or full-time commitment.

Key Accountabilities

1. Integrating systems that align company vision with day-to-execution by monitoring and reporting on EOS metrics, and educating roles

1. Stewarding quarterly and annual priorities, scorecard metrics, and issue resolution pathways.

1. Identifying incongruent workflows that detract from operational efficiency and consistency.

1. Lead and facilitate quarterly/annual offsites and Level 10 meetings to maintain strategic and operational discipline.

1. Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans.

1. Resolve cross-functional issues relating to the EOS system

1. Manages the implementation and adherence to the Entrepreneurial Operating System within the company. 

1. Runs EOS meetings (Level 10 Meetings), tracks to do’s, and ensures the outputs are clearly communicated to all participants.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of executive experience in high-growth SaaS, software, or technology-driven companies, with at least 5+ years in EOS Integrator capacity.

• Deep familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model and tools; prior implementation experience strongly preferred.

• Exceptional skills in communication and documentation of EOS processes

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Incentive Compensation: Performance-based bonuses and/or equity,

We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

Salary Range:  $150,000 – $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise (for full-time, part-time positions will differ). This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
