Resolve Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated outpatient therapist to join our growing group practice. We provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and work–life balance. Therapists have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, receive clinical support, and focus on meaningful client care without the burden of running a solo practice. We're Hiring! Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
Location: [Mechanicsburg, PA]
Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: Cozy/brand-new private practice office + optional Telehealth

What You’ll Do

● Meet with clients for individual, couples, or family therapy
● Conduct intake assessments and create treatment plans that actually make sense
● Use the therapeutic approaches you're passionate about (CBT? EMDR? ACT? Play therapy? Bring your specialties!)
● Document your sessions in our EHR (SimplePractice) — no unnecessary paperwork
● Provide therapy in-person, via Telehealth, and a mix of both
● Keep things ethical, compassionate, and client-centered
● Collaborate with our small but mighty team when you want support or consultation

Who You Are
● A licensed or license-eligible therapist (LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
● Someone who cares about meaningful, quality work over high-stress, high-volume burnout
● Skilled at building rapport, diagnosing, and using evidence-based interventions
● Trauma-informed with experience in crisis intervention and crisis planning
● Reliable, grounded, and able to build and manage your own caseload with support
● A human who appreciates flexibility and enjoys working in a warm environment

Bonus points if:
● You’ve worked in private practice before
● You're familiar with Simple Practice
● You are comfortable seeing various age ranges
● You offer a specialized modality (EMDR, DBT, IFS, substance use, play therapy, etc.)
● You’re bilingual (we love clinicians who can serve more communities!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
