A respected brewery restaurant in Northwest Philadelphia is hiring an Executive Chef to lead two scratch kitchens and guide a talented BOH team. What You’ll Lead

• Seasonal menu development + weekly specials

• Ordering, inventory, vendor management, food costing, and waste control

• BOH staffing: hiring, training, and developing a positive kitchen culture

• Ensuring consistent execution, food quality, and sanitation

• Coordinating with FOH leadership for smooth, efficient service

What You Bring

• 5+ years BOH restaurant experience

• 2+ years in a Chef, CDC, or BOH leadership role

• Strong communication + leadership abilities

• Calm, steady, organized approach during service

• Food safety certification preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule

Full-Time | 5 days/week
Closed Monday + Tuesday
Service Hours:

• Wed–Thu: 4 PM–9 PM

• Fri–Sat: 11:30 AM–10 PM

• Sun: 11:30 AM–8 PM
