Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning

At Environment Control , we have a passion for quality. We are a commercial cleaning company with over 50 years of experience , and we are currently looking for a Supervisor to oversee accounts in the West chester, Ohio area .
Key Responsibilities:
Train new employees and retrain staff as needed
Ensure employees check in each morning.
Perform building inspections
Resolve customer complaints
Provide fill-in cleaning and coverage for open accounts
Work with employees to clean within budgeted time
Perform Supply and equipment delivery when needed.
Submit daily operations reports at the end of each shift
Schedule / Hours:
Full-time
Monday–Friday (may include weekends)
Start time as early as 8 :00 AM (some flexibility)
Typical end time no later than 5:00 PM
Pay & Benefits:
$18.00 per hour
Company Vehicle (Must qualify for our insurance)
Weekly pay
$50 bonus after 90 days
