**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual circumstances.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to protect assets and personnel.
+ Collaborate with staff and visitors to address security-related concerns or questions in a professional manner.
+ Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, reporting any irregularities to appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as outlined by site policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
