***This role can be remote with few necessary visits to the Wheeling, WV office for trainings and other reasons.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Place orders with suppliers and ensure the timely procurement of necessary products.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate outbound customer shipments.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs and ERP systems
• Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements for this position are typical for a sedentary office environment, including considerable time spent in a stationary position, at a desk using a computer terminal and keyboard. Movement about the office and standing are required occasionally.
