This company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join its Platform Services team, supporting the compute and storage infrastructure that powers a global trading environment. The role offers structured mentorship, rotations across multiple technology teams, and a clear progression path towards senior engineering positions.

Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, operating system, and networking issues.
- Work alongside senior engineers on platform engineering and automation projects.
- Rotate through Windows, Linux, Virtualisation, Storage, and DevOps teams.
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and operational efficiency.
Skills/Must Have:
- 0-4 years of Windows and/or Linux Systems Engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of operating systems and computer hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge (routing vs. switching, TCP/IP).
- Bash, PowerShell, or Python scripting experience.
- Passion for technology and troubleshooting complex problems.
Desirable Skills:
- VMware or Virtualisation
- Docker or Kubernetes
- Ansible, Jenkins or Grafana
- Home lab or personal infrastructure projects.
