SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Primary purpose of this position is to serve as the main point of contact for ID badging operations, to include creation of Identification Badges for Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, Community Medical Group and Life Lion, LLC. Position also has the primary responsibility of assigning and updating access during the badging process, or upon authorized request.

Performs routine and varied administrative support functions as required, including organizing and coordinating office workflow within defined policies/procedures and may be required to interpret policies and guidelines to meet goals and deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• Two (2) years of relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word: Intermediate; Excel: Basic; PowerPoint: Intermediate preferred.

• Associate's degree preferred.
