Position Objective: Pack in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining highest quality.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities:

• Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure proper product is being packed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas
• Pack and inspect efficiently
• Complete quality bag checks every fifteen minutes
• Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP's), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures

Work Environment Conditions Subjected To In This Position:

• Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour

Physical Activity Required For This Position:

• Stooping/Bending
• Kneeling
• Reaching
• Standing for long periods of time
