We are seeking a server who thrives in a high-expectation environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering polished service at an elevated level.

Training at dohō is structured, standards-based, and performance-driven. In the first several weeks, you should expect:

• Clear systems and service benchmarks

• Frequent coaching and real-time feedback

• High standards around preparedness, timing, and professionalism

• Emphasis on menu mastery, communication, and team execution

This role is best suited for servers who want to refine their craft in an elevated program.

• 2+ years serving experience preferred (fine dining/upscale casual a plus)

• Strong communication and guest-facing professionalism

• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure

• Coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to improve

• Interest in food, beverage, and hospitality education

• Weekend and evening availability required

• Part-time / Full-time opportunities available (based on fit and availability)
