Position Summary
The RBS East Leader is a corporate enterprise role responsible for defining, evolving, and scaling Ralliant's continuous improvement business system across Ralliant's operating companies. This leader serves as a steward of enterprise continuous improvement capability-owning core business system tools end-to-end while working through OpCos and functional leaders to embed disciplined execution, strengthen operational rigor, and drive sustained business results.

As a visible enterprise change leader, the RBS East Leader plays a critical role in shaping how continuous improvement is taught, deployed, and sustained across a newly formed and growing organization. This role offers significant exposure to Ralliant's senior leadership team and is intentionally designed to build enterprise perspective, operational depth, and leadership capability in preparation for future General Manager, VP Operations, or broader enterprise leadership roles.
