School Nurse LPN
School Nurse (LPN) 1:1 Position | Reading, PA
Full-Time | MondayFriday | Starting Mid-November
Join a supportive school community in Reading, PA, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1:1 care for a student during the school day at the Primary Center. This is a full-time, school-based position (Monday through Friday) with regular daytime hours and no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Position Highlights:
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day
Assist with daily medical needs and routine care
Monitor and document the students health status and response to interventions
Perform G-tube feedings every four hours (experience preferred)
Collaborate with school staff and the students healthcare team to ensure a safe learning environment
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania LPN license (required)
G-tube experience preferred (training can be provided)
Current CPR certification
School or pediatric experience a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, MondayFriday, following the school calendar
- Hours: est. 37.5 hours/week
- Start Date: Mid-November
