- Currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Analytics, Human‑Centered Design, Public Health, or similar), Master's degree or PhD.

- Assist with ongoing initiatives by helping collect information, document needs, and summarize progress.
- Support planning and coordination for workshops, interviews, or work sessions.
- Capture notes, organize outputs, and maintain project trackers.
- Help build simple analyses, charts, or summaries based on project needs.
- Create PowerPoint slides for updates, workshops, or leadership discussions.
- Contribute to experience measurement reporting or project scorecards.
- Work with the team to define a meaningful summer project tied to the transformation.
- Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize insights to support your project.
