Automotive Finance Manager Sales Manager

Hiring Immediately, Automotive F&I Manager and or a Sales Manager. Great compensation and benefits.

We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager and or a Sales Manager for our client near Allentown, PA. We are looking for a good all-around finance and insurance manager and / or a sales manager who can multi-task and help grow the sales department. The role requires an individual to prepare complete/correct paperwork AND have strong TO/F&I sales skills. Please be prepared to discuss past sales performance numbers.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
  
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
  
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
  
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
  
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
