Job Summary
We are seeking a Tableau Developer to create impactful dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Develop data models, calculated fields, and KPIs.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to support analytics initiatives.
- Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh processes.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality assurance activities.
- Support self-service reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve reporting capabilities.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards.
- Provide user training and support as needed.
