A-Level Collision Technician Wanted

Air-Conditioned Shop | Independent Ownership | Lititz, PA

S & A Paint and Repair is hiring an experienced A-Level Collision Technician.

We are not a corporate collision center.
We are not a high-volume, rush-the-repair shop.
We are an independent, premium collision repair facility in Lititz, PA, built around correct repairs, clean processes, and a team that respects the craft.

This role is for an experienced collision technician who knows how to work on modern vehicles, understands the importance of OEM procedures, and takes pride in repairs that are done properly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

As an A-Level Collision Technician, you will:

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Follow OEM repair procedures
• Complete blueprint-driven repairs
• Use frame equipment and measuring systems properly
• Repair modern vehicles with advanced materials
• Work with estimators, parts, and production team members to keep repairs moving correctly
• Take ownership of your work from teardown through repair completion

Minimum 3+ years of collision repair experience required.
A-Level experience is strongly preferred.

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
