Director of Account Management

Carebridge EAP is seeking a motivated and results-driven Director of Account Management to lead our account management team from our Exton, PA headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to create strategic solutions that support the success of our clients while meeting the growth goals of Carebridge.
Carebridge Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides preventative and proactive mental health care and work-life benefits to employees and their loved ones. We partner with companies to create mentally healthy workforces nationwide by providing easy access to mental health counseling, certified life coaching, behavioral change tools, and mindfulness practice through telehealth, in-person, phone, chat, and digital platforms.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Professional development and mentorship of an account team whose goal is the long-term growth of client relationships and renewals of contracts.
- Creating strategic solutions that support clients' needs and the business goals of Carebridge.
- Partnering with cross-functional leadership teams (EAP, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to maximize our clients' engagement with Carebridge products, services, and other business initiatives.
- Being a Carebridge ambassador to the client: Consulting on what products, services, and promotional materials will best meet the client's goals and needs.
- Being a client ambassador within Carebridge: Knowledgeable on client's goals, preferences, and culture to provide insight to other internal teams.
- Helping a defined book of clients strategically maximize the value of our EAP, increase their employees' engagement, and support the specific challenges and opportunities of their organization.
- Proactively communicating and developing relationships with key executives (including healthcare brokers, HR, and wellness benefits professionals) to ensure high program visibility, strategic alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Analyzing utilization reports and creating presentations with recommended tactics for each client based on achieving their desired key performance indicators.
- Supporting the sales team as needed in virtual and in-person presentations.
- Promoting Carebridge EAP services and products to clients and potential clients.

- Presentation Skills : Can confidently present a CHRO-level deck to sell or upsell Carebridge services.
- Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills : Is comfortable with datacan develop KPIs with a client and then tell a story through data of how their goal is progressing.
- Natural Curiosity & Adaptability: Asks questions to listen and learn. Thinks strategically and offers thoughtful solutions. Willingly learns new skills through self-led trainings and tutorials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or communications preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in account management, client success, and client engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in managing a team or leading a department.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must be proficient in Zoom and TEAMS.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in employee benefits, wellness, or healthcare a plus but not required.
- Ability to travel to meet business needs.
