Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

The Dombrowski Group is a workers’ compensation defense practice committed to zealously representing the interests of employers and insurers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The firm, founded in 2003 by Neil T. Dombrowski, Esquire, has enjoyed steady growth since its inception, always guided by the principle that representation begins with service. Mr. Dombrowski was a partner in a mid-sized Philadelphia insurance defense practice prior to leaving to found The Dombrowski Group. We represent a diverse group of employers such as health care systems, manufacturers, retailers and transportation companies, and their insurance carriers in a small firm setting that emphasizes quality and continuity of service to the clients, as well as quality of life improvements over the large firm experience for the attorneys and staff. The five attorneys of the practice are supported by experienced paralegals. In addition, the administrative assistants are all fully trained and up to date on the WCAIS program maintained by the Bureau and on standard workers’ compensation practice procedures. The technology at our firm includes digital dictation software with remote dictation capabilities to provide our attorneys with greater flexibility of practice, and our staff produces same day transcriptions for prompt reporting to our clients.

An appropriate candidate for the associate position will have workers’ compensation trial experience in all phases from WCJ-level proceedings to the appellate courts, with working knowledge of the Act, regulations, and case law. Preference will be given to candidates with licenses to practice in both PA and NJ . The candidate must be committed to delivering high quality legal service to our clients in all litigation assignments. Clear communications, solid verbal and written skills, and strong advocacy skills will make the qualified candidate a success in the practice.
