Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier team of automotive sales professionals.
- Lead and coach the sales team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance.
- Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional service.
- Engage directly with customers to support sales associates in closing deals.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer value.
- Manage inventory and ensure effective lot merchandising.
- Collaborate with the BDC (Business Development Center) to optimize lead management and follow-up processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and BDC operations.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, follow-up strategies, and customer retention.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
- Availability to work daytime, evenings, and Saturdays.
