• Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
• Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using the client or other established project management standards procedures templates and methodologies.
• Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.
• Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle including initiating planning executing monitoring and controlling and closing.
• Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff business owners project sponsors vendors and key clients.
• Adheres to the clients’ PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
• Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role and assigned by the Commission.

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five 5 years of expertise in project/project management of projects of various size and subject matter including but not limited to integration scope schedule cost communication vendor and risk planning and management.
• Experience related to Long-haul Fiber Networks Facility/Campus Data Networks Wireless connectivity Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology.

• Project Management Professional PMP Certification
• ServiceNow Experience in Idea Project and Demand modules
• Enterprise Business Solutions specifically SAP projects
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies

• Management of projects of various size/subject matter, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, risk planning, Required 5 Years
• EXP with Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks, Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology, Required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Highly desired
• ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules, Highly desired
• Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects, Highly desired
