Position Title: Production Team Member
Location: Madsen Donuts, South Fayette
Schedule: Typically 3AM to 9AM; subject to business needs
Reports To: Production Manager / Shift Supervisor
Employment Type: Part-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Member to join our fast-growing donut shop. This key role is responsible for preparing for production , mixing, rolling raised donuts, frying, glazing, and finishing our delicious, handcrafted donuts during the shift to ensure they are fresh and ready for our customers each morning. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs, batters, icings, and fillings according to shop recipes and quality standards.
• Roll raised dough, fry, glaze, and decorate donuts with attention to both appearance and taste.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly to ensure a smooth, productive shift.
• Follow all operational procedures and company policies, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, supply restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food production, baking, or culinary settings is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints.
• Commitment to excellence in product quality and presentation.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overnight hours and weekends or holidays as needed.
