Job Title: Graphics Project Coordinator
Location: Hershey, PA

Hours: 8-4:30 (Monday, Friday remote; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on-site)

Overview
This is a 2 year contract role to support a Corporate Graphics Packaging team!

Responsibilities

• Use the graphics workflow tool to enter required component information in WebCenter; this information is used to build and manage the project workflow.
• Set project execution priorities to support accurate, achievable timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in incoming information.
• Manage initiation of pre-press services and ensure tracking and prioritization of graphic changes.
• Support a dynamic work environment requiring strong project management and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of graphics projects in line with production schedules.

• Preferably with graphics experience and some work experience in related fields.
• Strong project management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Acrobat.
• Experience with Esko Webcenter is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite software.
• Industry experience in flexible film manufacturing, folding carton manufacturing, or packaging printers is desired
• Ability to manage large workload and prioritize based on production deadlines.
• Capable of working in a hybrid environment with both remote and on-site requirements.
