Executive Assistant
Hybrid 2-3 days onsite
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and support high-level projects with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage busy executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings.
Plan and book domestic and international travel, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries.
Prepare and submit expense reports and reconcile travel-related expenses.
Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external partners.
Assist with special projects, team communications, and company events.
Conduct research and prepare materials for presentations and decision-making.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating complex travel logistics and expense reporting.
