What you will do as an Equipment Yard Technician:

• Load and unload machines onto trucks and trailers
• Inspect returned equipment for any damage and collect the hours
• Move equipment in the yard, and to and from the wash area, shop, and storage line.
• Clean rental, sales, and service equipment with a high-powered pressure wash system.
• Maintain our premises (weed control, sweeping inside and outside, bathrooms, etc. )
• Assist with refueling equipment.
• Refill and change out propane tanks on equipment
• Perform other various tasks to deliver a consistently high-quality service experience to every customer
• Work Monday through Friday (6:30 AM to 3 PM)

Who we are looking for:

• Experience: 1+ years of basic equipment/vehicle maintenance or mechanics experience (greasing, changing out air filters, etc.)
• Safety-Focused: Must possess a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record. Be aware of your surroundings as you operate equipment on our property, keeping the safety of our crew and customers in mind.
• Organized: We maintain a clean and visually appealing yard—equipment must be organized and stored neatly to present a positive image to customers.
• Independent: Will take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Customer Service Focused: Communicate with customers politely and effectively.
• Active: Able to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• $18 - $24 /hour. Depending on experience & background
