Zhang Sah is a community-based organization dedicated to providing high-quality educational and enrichment programs to youth and families across 10 locations, including community-based and school-based sites. Through after-school programs, summer camps, and early childhood initiatives such as PHLpreK, Zhang Sah creates safe, engaging environments where young people can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. The organization’s mission is to expand access to educational opportunities, strengthen communities, and empower youth to reach their full potential. The VISTA member will support After School Program Curriculum Development by creating and organizing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and materials, helping ensure consistency and quality across all program sites. The VISTA will collaborate with staff gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of curriculum and activities. We are seeking candidates with a passion for education and youth development, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and work independently. Experience in education, curriculum design, or community-based programming is preferred. Member Duties : The VISTA member will support After School Program Curriculum Development by designing and organizing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and materials for after-school and summer programs across 10 sites. They will ensure curriculum consistency across locations and support program improvement efforts. The role requires travel between sites; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
