Senior Finance Business Analyst Industrial Coatings
As the Senior Finance Business Analyst, you will support the financial activities for the Industrial Coatings Business in the USCA region and report directly to the Finance Director. You will be essential for achieving business objectives through financial analysis and actionable insights. You will work a hybrid work schedule from our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Provide clear and actionable analysis on financial performance and forecasts for the Industrial Strategic Business Unit
- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance against plans and prior results
Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate reporting on daily and monthly sales targets versus estimates
- Collaborate with sales and commercial excellence teams to identify and address performance gaps
Working Capital Management:
- Conduct working capital analysis and manage cash flow reporting using Hyperion Financial Management
Collaboration:
- Work with Global Business Finance Services (GBFS) across 12+ plant locations and Global Business Services (GBS) teams to understand results and enhance productivity
Long Range Planning:
- Support the regional Long-Range Plan (LRP) process, including sales/profit contribution analysis and submission of monthly financial spreads and cash flow assumptions
- Create and present the regional bridge template and Plan proposal to regional leadership
Project Support:
- Assist the Finance Director with recurring and special projects, including internal control processes, overhead/productivity analysis, pro-forma modeling, customer claims, pricing controls, and customer returns
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with corporate accounting guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with commercial, technical, supply chain, and operational teams to support business needs
Manage one direct report: Finance Leadership Development Trainee
Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 3+ years in finance/accounting
- Oracle experience and Advanced Excel, MS Office skills required
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), PowerBI preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills to convey finance/accounting concepts to diverse audiences
