About us

Natural Hope Herbals combines traditional herbal wisdom with modern Good Manufacturing Practices to produce high-quality, farm-to-bottle herbal products. As a faith-based, family-owned company, we're passionate about integrity, stewardship, and serving others through excellence. We seek an Office Manager who will support our daily operations, uphold compliance standards, and foster the strong internal culture that keeps our team and mission thriving.

What you'll do as an Office Manager

  • Maintain accurate company records, policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee the Customer Care Team and support day-to-day office operations.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and line of credit accounts; manage internal transfers.
  • Pull financial reports and update accounting systems, including QuickBooks and Avalara.
  • Support new hire onboarding and track employee benefits and documentation.
  • Organize internal events and assist with logistics for customer-facing events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage office purchasing.
  • Work a full-time, in-office role: Monday-Friday, approximately 40-45 hours/week, with a flexible start time.

Our Ideal Office Manager

  • Experienced : 5+ years in office administration, operations, or accounting/bookkeeping support, including at least 3 years in a leadership role; experience creating or improving SOPs is a plus.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented : Exceptional at managing information, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
  • Collaborative Communicator : Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, team-focused approach.
  • Trustworthy & Mission-Aligned : Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with the faith-based mission and values of Natural Hope Herbals.
  • Servant-Leader Mindset : Positive, teachable, and energized by a role with variety, responsibility, and opportunities to support others.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and 3+ years working with accounting/bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online).
