Business Systems Analyst
Kforce has a client seeking a Business Systems Analyst on a contract to hire basis in Pittsburgh, PA. Summary: The Business Systems Analyst will be tasked with understanding business requirements and needs, as well as develop and maintain documentation for end-users. The Business Systems Analyst will also work independently to analyze and troubleshoot production application and data issues, as well as work with Quality Assurance to publish and maintain test specifications.
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant experience; Or Bachelor degree in related business field
- Must have 4+ years of experience with systems analysis
- Must have experience with SQL
- Must have experience working directly with external customers to coordinate requirements, manage deliverables, and support issue resolution
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be able to problem-solve and multi-task
