Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on active job sites in and around Quakertown, PA. Most of our work take place in the five-county area Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, layout scope, manage crews efficiently, maintain safety standards, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.
Foreman Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on active job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; perform accurate layout according to project scope
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet schedules
- Operate and oversee heavy equipment as required
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and field personnel
- Complete daily reports, crew time tracking, and required documentation
- Osha 10 Required, OSHA 30 Preferred
- Able to lift 80 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug test
