**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in building automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or five years of industry experience.
- Exceptional electrical and mechanical understanding.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Competence in MS Office, Windows, and VISIO. Familiarity with TCP/IP and web navigation is advantageous.
- Must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
