As a Security Officer Site Patrol in Nazareth, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. This role offers the chance to be agile, reliable, and innovative while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support trailer, dock, and gate activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete routine reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate notable issues that could impact operations or security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
