PM Technician/Mechanic Abilities:

• Someone with Mechanical Aptitude with history of diesel/automotive maintenance and repair.
• Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions completely.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Someone who follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
• Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
• Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
• Ability to improve efficiency as you get used to the assignments provided.

PM Mechanic/Technician Responsibilities:

• Keep track of parts used.
• Document work performed.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform repairs when approved by management team.
• Work in a safe manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, by following company checklists.
• Typical repairs / maintenance will be Oil and Filter changes, tire repair / replacement, brakes, lights, etc.

• Mechanical aptitude
• Dependable
• Must be an independent worker
• Ability to work Safe
• Lift 50 lbs often, 75lbs occasionally
• Ability to stoop, kneel, climb.
