LOCAL Project Manager (PHILLY)
Job Description
In this role, the Project Manager will sit within the business PMO and partner closely with cross functional stakeholders including product, content, and technical teams to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives. Day to day, this person will manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations; support financial tracking and forecasting; and prepare materials for Steering Committee and executive level updates. They will work with workstream leads to ensure progress, risks, and outcomes are clearly communicated, refine content and messaging for executive presentations, and support Go To Market initiatives tied to content, tooling, and platform expansion. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to operate effectively across both business and technical teams.

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager
-
Experience operating within a business PMO, partnering closely with technical stakeholders (Tech Leads, Delivery Managers, Technical PMs)

Strong background in: Financial tracking and forecasting. Steering Committee (SteerCo) preparation and facilitation, Ensuring workstream leads are prepared to present progress and risks, Executive level PowerPoint creation and content refinement, Project tracking, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation management

Experience supporting or delivering GTM (Go To Market) strategies

Demonstrated longevity in recent roles (minimum ~2 years per role; no frequent job changes)

Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
