The Business Experience & Planning Specialist Sr is responsible for designing, delivering, and governing the training programs that ensure attorneys and staff can effectively use the Corporate Governance’s knowledge management system. This role is central to improving the adoption, searchability, and quality of content.
Will lead the strategy, curriculum development, and change enablement efforts that drive consistent legal practice and empower teams to fully leverage the document management system. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a department‑wide training strategy that promotes core KM behaviors.
- Design and deliver role‑based curricula for attorneys, paralegals, and operations staff.
- Monitor, measure, and report on DMS (iManage) adoption and compliance.
- Support DMS upgrades and feature rollouts through readiness plans and training.
- Maintain a centralized Training Hub with on‑demand learning resources.
- Facilitate live and virtual trainings.
- Define and track KPIs.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and content development skills.
Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
