Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a well‑established alternative investment firm specializing in early‑stage, high‑growth opportunities is expanding its finance team. Operating across multiple regions in the U.S. and abroad, the firm manages a diversified portfolio of private funds with a long track record of strong performance. They are seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to serve as a key leader within the finance function, overseeing all fund‑related financial operations and supporting management‑company accounting across multiple jurisdictions.

Fund Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations for multiple alternative investment funds.
• Manage accounting and reporting for 25 fund and management‑company entities.
• Lead quarterly and annual fund reporting, including financial statements and audit processes.
• Handle capital calls, distributions, partner allocations, and compliance‑related financial requirements.
• Support U.S. and U.K. management company accounting, including budgeting and cash flow oversight.
• Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and system efficiency as the firm scales.
• Participate in special projects tied to new funds, restructuring, or international expansion.

Fund Accounting Manager Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds.
• Strong technical accounting skills and comfort with complex multi‑entity structures.
• High proficiency with Excel and strong overall technical aptitude.
