This is a full-time, MondayFriday role with consistent hours from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, giving you your evenings and weekends completely free. $18-20/hr based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Work on the production line, helping manufacture and package a variety of meat products.
• Operate production machinery and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Use hand tools and equipment for assembly and packaging.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

What You Bring

• Experience in production, general labor, or assembly work (a plus, but not required for fast learners).
• Ability to operate machinery or packaging equipment.
• Comfortable working in cold environments such as coolers or freezers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Bonus Skills

• Forklift experience (not required but a big advantage).
• Ability to stand for 810 hours during shifts.

Work Environment

This role takes place in a cold production setting (coolers and freezers), and we provide guidance on proper attire so you stay comfortable. You'll be on your feet and using various tools and machinery throughout the day.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claysville, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
