Wealth Management Associate

salary: $22.99 - $23 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, answering questions regarding investment funds, account details, and financial products.
- Execute monetary and administrative requests with high accuracy
- Document client feedback and trends to help our support teams identify opportunities for service enhancements.
- Utilize omnichannel CRM software and virtual collaboration tools to manage client interactions
- The ability to explain complex information in a clear, relatable, and professional manner.
- Willingness to undergo 25 days of intensive, 100% attendance training to become a subject matter expert.
- A strong desire to learn and master new software systems and virtual communication tools.
- Competitive pay rate of $23.00/hour
