LinGroup Inc. is a local provider agency supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism throughout Delaware County . We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and fun-loving people to join our growing team!
Our individuals live either independently or with family, and each shift is approximately 4 hours long . Once you pick up the individual, you’ll enjoy time in the community — going to the gym, movies, parks, museums, bowling, mini golf, shopping, meeting up with friends, and more.
If you enjoy doing these things and love helping others — this is the job for you!
Part-Time Shifts:
Morning Shifts: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection
Criminal record free of prohibited offenses
Ability to self-direct work and communicate effectively
Basic computer and cellphone proficiency
