Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The ARD Program coordinator is responsible for completing all duties related to a client’s application to and placement into the ARD program. The ARD Program coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Have a client fill out and sign the ARD application, if this was not done at the intake interview
Educate the client regarding ARD program requirements and benefits
Contact the client to ensure that all requirements for such application are being met, such as obtaining a CRN evaluation, Drug and Alcohol evaluation, and all other necessary requirements
Obtain the information necessary and prepare the Heightened Scrutiny letter, if necessary
Upon acceptance into the program, obtain and send the ARD packet to the client and follow up to ensure that the necessary documents are signed and returned
All necessary follow up to comply with all requirements of the program necessary for successful placement into the program
Be the contact person for any questions related to the ARD program before and after placement
Consult with the assigned attorney for all legal questions related to client’s placement into the program and any alleged violations
Any other duties assigned by management related to clients’ participation in the ARD program

Essential Requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Possess a college degree, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the criminal justice field
Knowledge of the Criminal Justice system, including CPCMS, AOPC, USJ Portal, Laserfiche, and ability to learn the file management system Spartan
Excellent computer skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES
(Additional duties that are required, although may be assigned to another employee
due to special circumstances applicable to the employee.)
