Hourly pay $16.00 - $18.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Greeting Clients: Welcome clients and visitors at Peiffer Insurance with a warm and inviting demeanor.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments while ensuring excellent communication over the phone.
- Bilingual Support: Utilize your Spanish language skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients, providing translations and clarifying information as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to help maintain a smooth operation.
- Front Desk Management: Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable, reflecting the professional image of Peiffer Insurance.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist position is preferred to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are required to engage with clients in person and over the phone.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Typing skills at 40 WPM
